Architectural Concepts Committee (ACC)

Meetings are on Tuesdays every 3-4 weeks at 7:15 PM in the Pavilion Clubhouse. Contact the clubhouse for exact dates. See ACC information below for additional details.

Seeking new members!  If you have 2-3 hours per month to help keep our community looking great, please send an e-mail today to the property manager (see left pane) with your name, address and phone.

The Architectural Concepts Committee (ACC) decisions are based on the Pavilion Declaration and Established Guidelines, Standards and/or Criteria.

 ACC INFORMATION: 

Deadline for an application to be considered is 5 PM on the Friday before the meeting. This gives committee members time to review the application for completeness and to view the address being considered.

A notebook is kept at the Clubhouse of previously approved colors, the address of the home, and in most cases the brand of paint and paint names.

The ACC consists of 3-5 volunteers who are Pavilion homeowners appointed by the Pavilion Board of Directors. These members review and make decisions according to the Pavilion Declaration on Architectural Change Applications for all exterior changes in the Pavilion Community. 

The ACC also has a Board liaison appointed by the Board who attends our meetings. He or she also serves on The Pavilion Board of Directors. Board members are Pavilion homeowners who are also volunteers.  

The Property Manager writes & mails decision letters to the homeowners. 

The ACC meets every 3-4 weeks to review any submitted applications. As community volunteers, we do our best to give excellent “response & service”. We know delays can be frustrating for homeowners, therefore we do all we can to avoid temporary denials due to incomplete applications. 
Since these decisions must be made at our meetings, our goal is to make a final decision the first time the application comes before us. Please review your application for completeness. Missing items may delay the decision of ACC.

Community Standards concerns: 

Pavilion homeowners who see problems or concerns with homes or community property in Pavilion, should e-mail or call the Property Manager.

The ACC is not an “inspection” committee.
