The Pavilion Clubhouse is a focal point for community activity. All residents are entitled to use the facilities and asked to respect the posted rules and guidelines. Residents are welcome to bring guests also. Clubhouse hours vary based on the season with early open hours during the summer. The clubhouse is located at:

- Large swimming pool with separate children's pool open dawn to dusk. Under 13 require adullt supervision. No alcohol permitted.

- Newly resurfaced Tennis courts
- Workout facility with treadmills, bicycles and free weights. TV's are available for your workout entertainment.
- Large party/meeting room with kitchen facilities and Cable-TV.
- Staffed front office for assisting residents and managing the facilities.
- Video surveillance and security card protected entrances for your safety.
