Pavilion is a community of single-family homes located in Riverview, Florida.  The community is on the east side of Tampa and positioned close to all the major highways.  The entrance to Pavilion is at U.S. 301 and Falkenberg Rd.  Pavilion is located in Hillsborough County.

Our community has 492 homes on 245 acres built by Lennar and US Homes (also owned by Lennar).  The community was turned over to the residents for management in 1996.  The last phase of construction was completed in 2002.

We have many amenities to offer prospective owners and residents including a clubhouse facility, tennis courts, pool, workout room and playground.  As a deed-restricted community, we have guidelines designed to protect the quality of homes and property values.

Split Phases

The Pavilion community consists of three phases. Phase 1 is located on the south side of Falkenberg and Phases 2 and 3 are to the north.  The playground is located in Phase 1 while the clubhouse and tennis courts are located in Phase 2.
